Megan Gilly, Co-Founder & COO

Megan Gilly is the Co-Founder and COO of Pivot Management Partners. She leads the firm's internal operations and client-facing marketing initiatives. Megan is credited with conceptualizing and driving the innovative growth strategies that differentiate Pivot within the executive search firm market.

Prior to her work with PMP, Megan founded and built a multi-million-dollar fashion company that pioneered a niche in the bridge-priced special occasion dress market. Megan led all aspects of sales, marketing, and merchandising at the company, building global customer relationships with Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, and nearly 500 specialty stores internationally. She also built and oversaw the company's finance, human capital, and manufacturing operations to drive growth at the company while raising the first two of her three children.

Previously in her career, Megan worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative advisor to three different United States Senators, including most recently Senator John McCain, focusing on national tax, budget and economic policy. Her distinguished work in the Senate led to Megan's appointment as an Editor of the 1996 Republican National Convention Platform Committee in support of Senator Bob Dole and Congressman Jack Kemp's nomination for President and Vice President. Despite leaving politics to pursue her career as an entrepreneur, Megan maintains strong ties with senior political leaders and staffers within both parties in Washington, DC, and taps into her unique network there to support Pivot Management Partners' search efforts at the senior executive level.

A magna cum laude graduate of James Madison University with a double-major in Economics and Political Science, Megan now lives in New York City with her husband and three daughters, where she is actively involved in many leadership roles at her girls' school and other non-profit and charitable causes about which she is passionate.
