Prior to combining his firm with CPI (Career Partners Inc.), the industry's leading global investment professional recruiting firm, Scott Gilly founded Pivot Management Partners. Drawing upon a deep professional network and more than 25 years of experience, he delivers expert executive search services.
In addition to recruiting, Scott provides high-level consulting and advisory services that leverage two decades of real-world training and advocacy experience, first at Morgan Lewis & Bockius and then as Founding Partner of his own boutique law firm, advancing workplace diversity, inclusion and harassment prevention, as well as guiding high-profile senior executives and business leaders across many industry sectors. Gilly has also been a founder, investor, and senior operating executive at venture-funded tech start- ups, where he built HR infrastructures from the ground up and successfully led the search, recruitment and hiring process for hundreds of high-level employees.
Scott earned his A.B. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard University, where he was Captain of the Basketball Team. He received his J.D. from Catholic University, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He currently serves as Vice President on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Harvard Club of New York City. He is also a Director of the Harvard Alumni Association and is actively involved with the Friends of Harvard Basketball and the Harvard Varsity Club.
Scott Gilly lives in Manhattan with his wife and three daughters.
